Terms of Service
These terms explain how Accelerate works, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from users of the platform.

By accessing or using Accelerate, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including agencies, businesses, team members, and visitors to our public website.
Accelerate is an AI-powered enquiry assistant SaaS. Agencies and businesses can create AI chatbot agents, configure prompts and knowledge sources, deploy website widgets, and capture visitor enquiries. We may add, update, or remove features over time without prior notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, login credentials, and workspace access. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for all activity under your account unless caused by our own fault. You must not share credentials or allow unauthorised access to your workspace.
You may not use Accelerate for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, harmful, or infringing activity. This includes spam, fraud, malware, pornography where prohibited by law or policy, harassment, privacy violations, or using the service to generate or distribute illegal content. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the platform or its infrastructure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.
Accelerate uses third-party AI models to generate responses on behalf of your agents. AI-generated responses may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You acknowledge that AI output does not constitute professional, legal, medical, financial, or safety advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing, supervising, and approving all content generated by your agents before it reaches end users. Accelerate does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any AI-generated output for any particular purpose.
We retain all rights in Accelerate, including the software, branding, design, and underlying platform. You retain ownership of your own uploaded content, prompts, workspace data, and customer data, subject to the rights needed for us to operate the service on your behalf. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use, process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Accelerate Now, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of Accelerate; (b) your violation of these terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; (d) the content, prompts, or data you upload or configure; or (e) the actions or responses of AI agents you create and deploy.
Accelerate is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. We expressly disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant that AI-generated responses will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
All prices on Accelerate are listed and charged in US Dollars (USD). Subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew on the same date each month unless cancelled. New accounts begin with a 14-day free trial that automatically converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends. You will not be charged during the trial period. You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings > Billing in your dashboard. Payment processing is handled by Paddle. By subscribing, you agree to Paddle's terms of service and payment terms. Applicable taxes (such as GST or VAT) may apply based on your location and will be calculated and added at checkout. If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and will provide a reasonable grace period before suspending access to the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Accelerate Now is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, reputational harm, or cost of substitute services, however caused and regardless of theory of liability. Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the service will not exceed the amounts you actually paid us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or fifty US dollars (USD $50), whichever is greater.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee any specific uptime percentage. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, third-party provider outages, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.
Neither party will be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, wars, terrorism, government actions, power failures, internet disruptions, or third-party service provider outages.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access immediately and without notice if you breach these terms, misuse the service, pose a security or compliance risk, or fail to pay applicable fees. We may also remove or disable content where required for safety, legal, or operational reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including indemnification, limitation of liability, and disclaimers) will survive.
Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to first contact us at support@acceleratenow.app and attempt to resolve the matter informally within thirty (30) days. You agree that any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved on an individual basis. You waive the right to participate in any class action, collective action, or representative proceeding against us.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the service or these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction determined by applicable law.
If any provision of these terms is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Accelerate Now regarding your use of Accelerate. They supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and update the effective date. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email where practical. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
