14-day trial cancellation
Paid plans may begin with a 14-day Paddle trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged for the subscription. You can cancel from Settings > Billing or through the Paddle customer portal.
If you are charged because you did not cancel before the trial ended and you believe there was an error, contact us at support@acceleratenow.app and we will review it promptly.
First-charge refund window
If your first paid charge was accidental or the product is not a fit, contact us within 14 days of that first charge. Where permitted by law and Paddle policy, we will refund the first charge. Abuse, fraud, excessive usage, or policy violations may make an account ineligible for discretionary refunds.
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that apply in your location.
After 14 days
After the first 14 days, we do not offer refunds for partial months or unused time in the current billing period.
Cancellations
If you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. After the period ends, your agents will stop responding to visitor messages. Your data (agents, leads, conversations) is retained for 90 days after cancellation, after which it may be permanently deleted.
Disputes
If you have a billing issue or believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us at support@acceleratenow.app before filing a dispute with your payment provider. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
If you have a billing concern, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks may result in account suspension pending resolution.
Payment processor
Refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment processor. That means the original payment method and final refund timing may depend on Paddle and your bank or card provider. Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days.
