If you purchase Accelerate and decide it is not for you, contact us within 14 days of the original charge and we will refund you, no questions asked. Refund requests within the 14-day period are processed immediately, not at the end of your billing period.
Under EU consumer protection law, you have the statutory right to cancel within 14 days of purchase for any reason (Right of Withdrawal). This right applies regardless of the reason for cancellation.
After 14 days
After the first 14 days, we do not offer refunds for partial months or unused time in the current billing period.
Cancellations
If you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. After the period ends, your agents will stop responding to visitor messages. Your data (agents, leads, conversations) is retained for 90 days after cancellation, after which it may be permanently deleted.
Disputes
If you have a billing issue or believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us at support@acceleratenow.app before filing a dispute with your payment provider. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
If you have a billing concern, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks may result in account suspension pending resolution.
Payment processor
Refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment processor. That means the original payment method and final refund timing may depend on Paddle and your bank or card provider. Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days.
